The Ring die extrude feed through a cylindrical shaped die by a set of two rollers. These machines produce high quality pellets because of their higher rotational speed and have much less wear and moving parts in relation to their Flat die counter parts. The ring die machine come complete with a variable speed screw conveyor which has a large agitating feed bin connected. All of the delicate electronic equipment is housed in an aesthetical panel. The Variable speed screw conveyor is controlled by a sensitive inverter which controls and monitors the machine feed rate.
