By accessing and using the FarmSpace platform (“the Service”), operated by Africa Farmers Network (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides agricultural content, community features, and event information for farmers in Africa. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on FarmSpace, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and images, is the property of Africa Farmers Network or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. User Content

By submitting content (comments, likes, or other contributions) to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Agricultural advice and information is for general informational purposes only. Always consult with qualified professionals for specific farming decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Africa Farmers Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
