- Dosages
- Use only as directed Shake before use.\r\nCattle and Sheep: Dosage: 1 ml / 10 kg body mass orally. This dose delivers 12 mg Triclabendazole per kg body mass and 4,53 mg Oxfendazole per kg body mass.\r\nCattle in excess of 650 kg body mass should be dosed at 5 ml per 50 kg body mass. Dose the group according to the body mass of the heaviest animal in the group.
- Withdrawel Period
- Do not slaughter animals for human consumption within 28 days of dosing. Do not use less than 21 days before calving/lambing, in animals where milk and milk products from treated animals may be used for human consumption.\r\nWhere accidental treatment with FLUKAZOLE C takes place within the 21-day period, milk must not be used for human consumption, or be supplied for processing for at least 21 days following treatment. Young animals fed this milk within 21 days of slaughter must not be used for human consumption.

- \r\nDo not dose lactating cows whose milk or milk products are intended for human consumption.\r\n\r\nContainers and any residual contents should be disposed of safely in accordance with national waste disposal regulations.\r\nEmpty containers should not be reused for any other purpose.\r\nDangerous to fish. DO NOT contaminate dams, rivers or streams with the drench or used container.\r\nKeep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals.\r\nAlthough this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons. If this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.
- Precautions
- Wash hands after use.\r\nAvoid contact with eyes and skin. May cause irritation.\r\nRinse the medicated drench three times after use. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals.\r\nWash equipment thoroughly after use.\r\nFirst aid: If swallowed, and if more than 15 minutes from a hospital, induce vomiting.
- Efficacy
- Roundworms:\r\nFLUKAZOLE C is effective against benzimidazole-sensitive mature and immature roundworms and lungworms in both cattle and sheep, with a minimum efficacy of 90%.\r\n\r\nTapeworms:\r\nFLUKAZOLE C controls milk tapeworm in both cattle and sheep with a minimum efficacy of 100% in 80% of treated animals.\r\n\r\nLiver Flukes:\r\nFLUKAZOLE C is used to treat susceptible early immature, immature, and mature liver flukes in both cattle and sheep, including Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica, with a minimum efficacy of 90%.\r\n\r\nNote that FLUKAZOLE C may also be effective against other endoparasite species, but it's best to consult a veterinarian for more information.
