The LMI Rhino In-Motion Pad Series is designed to weigh mine vehicles ranging from 30-ton dumpers to the largest rigid haul trucks, with capacities from 10 to 200 tons. Built with a strong lattice I-beam structure, reinforced top and bottom plates, and heavy-duty 50-ton double shear load cells, it ensures exceptional durability and resistance to side loads without stabiliser bars. Each pad contains a digitiser and battery, powered and supported by a solar and Wi-Fi communication module. Data is transmitted between pads and processed via LMI Rhino software, which also handles calibration and in-motion algorithms. The system supports standalone or integrated use, with temporary or permanent installation options.
