LMI's In-Motion Weighing Pads consist of two low-profile, robust pads that allow vehicles to be weighed while driving slowly (under 5 km/h) over them. Each wheel is measured automatically, with axle weights combined to give a total mass. For accuracy, vehicles must be level before and after weighing. The system stores mass readings, enabling before-and-after comparisons to calculate payload. With optional LMI Weighbridge Management Software, axle configurations and legal limits can be set, with overload warnings. Tare weights can be saved, reducing weighing time. The system is cost-effective, easy to install, mobile or fixed, and supports wireless connectivity.
