M-Range

The M100 Bale hammermill is the only Drotsky machine that can process Large round or square bales. The hammermill design reflects the Drotsky design but is fed differently. Bales are loaded by hand or TLB into the milling chamber. The speed at which the bale is fed is controlled hydraulically by an operator or electronically in which case it can be automated .The pre-breaker drum shreds bale material which is then directly discharged into the 1.4m milling chamber where it material is milled to the desired size before discharge by 6-8 powerful blowers. The M100 can be fitted with a cyclone/s to blow material into a 1 ton bag/s or into a feed mixer. The machine can also be used with ducting only to discharge material into a room or one of our Live Bottom Bins. The Machine can be fitted with dust suppression systems if needed.
